Quantic Foundry Gamer Profiles
« on: July 29, 2015, 10:14:22 PM »
Ars Technica posted about a gamer profile, and it sounded interesting, so I took the test. It said my gaming style is Calm, Spontaneous, Relaxed, Gregarious, Deeply Immersed, and Creative. That sounds about right to me. My top 3 games was the hardest question to answer, since it means I had to narrow it down A LOT to get to 1. Planescape Torment, 2. Fallout New Vegas, 3. Civilization II.  I'm curious what other folks profiles are like.

You're right about best 3 games taking a moment and I still don't agree with my answer to that one.  Been a long road from simulation games from Avalon Hills to here.  Anyways, here are my results:

Gaming Style for Digger: Calm, Analytical, Relaxed, Gregarious, Deeply Immersed, and Creative

See how silly that is?  Not a word about hungry, happy, or worried.

Thanks for posting, O!  LotRO is the only game I've played recently, so I had to hearken back to my SuperNintendo and PSII days for my favorite games  :D

Interesting how much we three have in common on this score.
